Question about Gravity and Bontanicare

Hi i have a question, has anyone ever used Gravity(flower hardener) with any bontanicare line products? (bloom, ripe, hydroplex). Wondering what formulation some of you have used with good results and not the burn or death, like ive read in a few other Gravity forum posts. Any advice or opinions would help!

i use gravity with general hydropnics and it works awesome. i dont see why that brand would be any different. its important to follow directions. you really should water with plain water at least once before adding gravity to your mix. this helps clean out some of the food build up and lets the root get better accsess toth hardner. i know i sound like mr obvious...but only use half the food u would with out gravity.

Thanks Captain Obvious! lol jk, nah man thanks for the input, was tryin to see what kind of mixtures people are doing, and if they use bontanicare, would help me out more since its the line i am using. I will definetly flush before using gravity.

I was using bloom, hydroplex, liquid karma, gravity, and snowstorm...that was my forst grow. Needless to say I cut back big time and now give it just water (ph adjusted to around 6.0) and tiny bit of gravity and snowstorm. I found a better, cleaner, and more natural smoke....the product turned out well both ways but I prefer less nutes so I stick with water, gravity, and snowstorm.

Sweet when you used the bloom and hydroplex, with the gravity (not using purplemaxx or snow storm, yet) what were ur formulas? did u notice burns or problems? Gonna test 2 diff methods with Ripe, Hydroplex and small doseages of Gravity on 2 diff plants, seeing how well it works and if anything happens.

Well I dont use Gravity until later into flowering. I use it for 3 consecutive waterings, the last one being your last watering before flush. I use 2.5ml/Gal and it shouldnt take much more. I will mix in some hydroplex and liquid Karma BEFORE I get into the gravity (weeks 1-4 or 5) of flowering. With those I se a little bit of snowstorm which I use from the time I switch the lgihts

Noticed a slightly yellowing of the veins and a few parts of the leaf, immediately flushed with clean clear water. hopefully it will further prevent any damages. im assuming its the gravity added in with the nutrients that are resulting harshly to my plant. might be cuz they are smaller than normal grows, but its some serious stuff, real concentrated even at half doseage. But i did do a test pinch on the 2 ive watered gravity to and noticed its getting alot firmer compared to the other ive watered without!, some of the buds look like they are growing 2-3 cylax out of the same area, kinda neat, like stacking on top of each other. This stuff is strong! but it does what it says, i seriously recommend u try it without nutrients at first to see how you like it with your grow, and if u decide to use nutes, scale back alot, i say use 1/2 strength as your full strength mark and mix from there. if it calls for 20ml for full, use 10ml and call that ur full mark. good luck to users with this product! will post the weight, density, and smoke results from the 2 ive used it on!

i use General Hydroponic mixed with Bontanicare and Advanced nutrient boosters..as far as bontanicare i love it so far. I wrote a letter to their company and told them ima local farmer that's interested in their products and they ended up sending me some free samples..i got there ORGANICARE products-Seaplex, Humega, Huvega and my plants love it, i also use Liquid Karma which i will always use unless im trying new products.

gravity accelerates the ripening process. I start gravity 14days before they are scheduled to be finished. I use 1.5ml/gallon for ~ 11 days and then 2 days of flush and one day of darkness drying before the cut. Part of maturing is that the fan leaves yellow and brown, which also indicates a general lack of Nitrogen, a good thing for the end days.

Gravity offers a noticeable differences and well worth it but if your in hydro, be prepared to clean more because it will bubble up your rez's in just a few days.

I feel like im pretty crazy and everyone is gonna call BS....I use full botanicare line, 12G res, refill 4G buckets with 120ml bloom, 40ml karma, 10ml cal mag, 15 ml hydroplex, AND 10ml Gravity (per 4G bucket) for approx the last 3-4weeks before flush. Seems heavy but what do I know besides my results? I had some cool temps therefore stunted growth but the girls seems to be handliing all those nutes very well!
Both H-plex and Gravity are creating HUGE, dense colas and work great together, if careful.

side note...since Clearex hase glucose and sucrose in it shouldnt it be used kind of instead of molasses as a carb load for the final flush?
thanks

I plan on using Clearex 5 days before i chop the ladies down. Let them use as much nutrients as possible, flush with clearex, and then a final clear water rinse for them to soak up before i hack em down. Also i stopped at the local hydroshop and was talkin to the guy. He says the he isnt particular with gravity, but purplemaxx and bushmaster he loves. Purplemaxx has caught my attention, but was hesistant to buy it at first before imade the gravity purchase. MAybe when i fish up a couple bucks ill head down and pick it up, and do 2 out of 4 plants with purplemaxx to see the results!

When I was chattin the dudes at the hydroshop about anything else i could use to improve mass of the colas, that would work with hydroplex they mentioned bat guano and I mentioned gravity and he said be careful about how much you use.... Also the instructions for Gravity are very different on the smaller (8oz) bottle then they are on the 32oz bottle. 32oz says to use after the 4th wk of bloom while the smaller bottle says to use it all the time. the bigger bottle seems to make more sense though because it can't harden a flower that isnt there!!!

I cant think of another product that would cause the buds to get double in size other than feeding them the hydroplex with your latebloom nutrients. I picked up gravity as something i could use to get dense rocklike nugs. So far some of the buds seem alot firmer, but still not sure after weighing the dried nugs. Purplemaxx seems cool with the resin production increase. Looking forward to a product one of the guys at the shop mentioned called Heavy16, supposedly thats the juice to get, according to him. He also mentioned connisuer(sp) 2 part nutrient is excellent, tho expensive, said its easy to use instructions and doesnt require any doseage tweeking. Anyway, looks like the trichromes are starting to turn milky, soon to harvest!

i use botanicare hydroplex, liquid karma, aqua shield
GH'S calmag
advanced nutrients sensi bloom
and gravity and purple maxx together as the last full nutrient feed on the last 3rd week of flower, plants loved it, however, you MUST go half, if not 1/3rd of the normal strength when using gravity and purple maxx with you're nutrients, because it is extremely concentrated.

Gravity will make you're buds fatter

defiently have made my nugs come up firmer, im on the 7th of a 8-9 week strain. I have about 1 more feeding before its time to use clearex and its final clear water flush before i bring out the axe.
