Question about getting mother plant/cloning

hi guys i just recently recieved my attitude order and have just started 2 blue widow, 2 white whidow, 2 bubblelicious. They are all feminized and i was wondering should i keep these as mother plants or after taking clones put the original plants into flowering than one of the clones would be the mother? they all sprouted in 3 days so they are very healthy and under a 90w led ufo for veg, opinions anyone?

I guess it depends on what you want... if you want to get some bud to smoke faster, you should do that always aware that you should not get your plant to flower before you know if your clone is viable. If you are not in a rush to get some bud, it would be easier and probably better to grow your plant as a mother and get clones from it.
Apart from that I guess either way will do!
Cheers!

right thats the way i would like to do it, but how can i be sure its a female? i guess a good question is what are my chances of getting a female from a feminized seed. thanks for the speedy reply trab.

or should i just keep my original plants UNTIL i see that the clones are rooted and growing healthy? that seems like a logical solution.

I would like to know as well.
I took 1 clipping before budding and 2 after because I thought I had killed the first one.
Why is it bad to try & clone once budding has started?

Your getting started want smoke and need babys for later.Try to get clones to root from each plant mark them.Stick a small rooted clone from each under 12/12 within a few days you will know whats females. Then flower big girls and just keep them little ones alive and you'll do fine.

will clones that young really show preflower within a week or so u think? im thinking if i put original plants in flowering and something goes bad with clones i can just put plants back under 24 hours to revert to veg i heard that increases yield anyways.

You can do that from what I've read in a lot a places but all of them mention that the plant will take about two weeks to go back to veg. In my next grow, I will germinate 4 seeds (2 early widows, one Haze Mist and one Jack la Mota). Then I will top them and use the top as clone. If they are successful, I will then flower the toped plants and use the clones as mothers. I don't know which % of feminized seeds won't be female but I guess that it'd be pretty low. Of course some of them might hermie but I'll take the risk as I have more seeds.

interesting idea, so far ive tried cloning twice the first attempt was a miserable fail they all fell over and died. second attempt 3 made it out of 12, so im still working on getting it down all the way.
