Querkle Grow

Just started my first grow and the qurkle is starting to develope yellowing on older leaves and has progressed to grey-ish blue spots(Pic1) also im pretty sure that the tips are nute burned but im not for sure???.. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

after chcking this morning the leaf (pic 1) has yellowed about twice as much over night.. the new growth is spindaly with the leaf fringes hanging down...

Could this be over-watering????? (soil is very wet so i have cut back watering in hopes that it will help the problem out)
