This is the result of long negociations between politician$, "expert$"/"speçiali$ts", para-military poli$$e, mayor$, sçhools and "re-hab" center$$$ among a few other$ directly concerned by the "légaleezation" of Trudeau's space-age (THC-centric, pesticide-laced, cobalt-60 sterilized) mari-caca:
According to Québec's sinister of "healthy ways" the "stoner$"/"droÿé$" in her province will be required to register to 5 high-security on-line data-banks, provide biological samples and a legal signature during a previous visit at the nearest police office before they can start using the only locations approved for legal consumption: recycled phone booths from the Bell company that agreed to this deal most graciously, for a modest fee.
The procedure will be quite simple in order to match the lower IQ of this new type of customers. It's only a matter of calling 6 hours in advance in order to record a reservation prior to the scheduled date/time of actual consumption. A vast network of IP-cameras will allow parents to educate their kids about what it's like to be enslaved to such extremes, not to mention it's all going to be financed by the users themselves the moment they insert a dollar into the coin slot, which will enable a permit printer meant to deliver their temporary inviolable serial number on-site, e.g. for a special authorization lasting no more that 20 minutes. Failure by specific molecular detectors to monitor the SMOKING of transgenic mari-caca (via "Bio-Markers") will cause the doors to lock until police arrives, to proceed to an arrest over possession of illegal cannabis. Only 1 cabin can be found at least 9 meters from all other structures, except Hydro-Québec poles obviously.
