How many qb288 boards would i need to fully and properly light my 5x5? Im thinking 9.

Will be a scrog grow, 5x5' screen.

Is a qb even the right choice? Are 3590's better or are they old tech at this point? Lemme know what you guys think, thanks

You could get away with 6 easily, and no the 3590s are not. Better. The QBs are way more efficient. The v2 are boasting around 190lm/w I would use the slate 2 XL for them if you're using 6,

The QBs convert more energy to light instead of heat. And also put out more lumens per watt than the 3590.
Also timber doesnt have the Quantum Board v2s pretty sure.

They are v2 actually, 190 lm/w is HUGE, i had no idea things had gotten that good.
