i have been studied and studied about 2 month in this forum.. and im found, many grower with cfl lamp, combinating the ligthing with "daylight" and "warm" bulb for their veg., so they said this is "dual spectrum"..

is there any different growing with "dual spectrum" lighting system, than grow with "single spectrume" ??

because right now i only used 3x42w "daylight" 7500K.. the total watt is about 126 watt.. and i have only 1 plant..

if grow with "dual spectrume" system is very recomended,
i would buy some 42w "warm white" later,, if i should

help me.. thx

daylight should be 6500k. I would definitely use these for veg then switch to 2700k for flower. Better yet, add some 2700k when you flower, since the plants do use both spectrums in veg and flower. Some bulbs will produce lots of both red and blue light, they're around 5000k. I don't have any experience with them though, so maybe someone else can elaborate. Take a peek at my grow, I have 3 42w warm white bulbs for flower after using daylight bulbs to veg.
