Q about the hermie problem with BB

Hi,
I used to post at OG but I am new to this site.
I got some DP BB (regular M/F) and wanted to know if I have to look out the hermies or if that is just with the fem. beans?

Yes they can show up any time.

So do I just look them over every day for pollen sacks and rip them off?
Can they grow inside the flowers, where I won't be able to see them?
