PVOG 2020 REPORT

So the plants are doing their thing. Males being culled, growth spurts here and there, doing my usual thing, with a couple added techniques this year. One, aphids reared their ugly heads early, so I utilized some of the yellow sticky boards. Research it, worth it. Also have BT on standby, as last year we had to deal with corn borers, which almost decimated a friend's crop. Using that spinno-whatever to deal with other pesky stuff can't remember name right now but they leave black poop. So bugs under control, I am a frugal grower, as opposed to some of my associates who dump tons of $ on nutes. I use water and a basic 10-10-10 every two weeks or so with some decent soil, but again, unlike my friends who pay $45 for an alleged 39-40 gal of soil, (x10) I find my weed definitely comes out better n stronger for some reason. I see no reason to add so many chemicals every single day, ok, I'll say it, it's stupid.
Anyhoo, things going good in the Pioneer Vallley, girls are head high, the strong ones, like six feet plus. Majority 4+, like I said, pulled a couple males, only 2 out of 20 so far, I expect to lose 6-8 more to get me down to legal 12, otherwise will give away the extras to be a law abiding citizen. Jack Herer is my thing, along with some Gorilla Glue, and a few kushs, Been a little wet and not here, not enough for mold or anything, but the horrors always happen late. After torrential rain, I shake my plants off, every little bit helps. Tornado warnings and 60 mph winds had me move garden to enclosure, better safe than sorry, all worked out. Unable to move them anymore, just too big. Wishing you all luck, stay safe, and give those yellow sticky boards a shot, they're cheap and effective for outdoor. Namaste.
