Here is some super close ups of my Frisian duck plant I would love some insight into how far along it is. I'm having trouble determining because of the different colors I am not used to like purples and stuff reflected in the trichomes. It has been growing a little over four months.

Anyone who can give me more details into what I'm seeing in each photo would be interesting and much appreciated!

Ps: heres photos were really hard to take I had a handheld magnifer and my iPhone taking the photos in the other!

Like for example the trichomes that you see here are purple tone is that because they are clear or is that because it's an equivalent of the amber trichomes turn where when they're ready in standard but that's not purple?

Post a picture of the whole plant and we can tell you. I dont think too many people have seen purple trics before.

Thats quite a colorful lady! ¦0)

Looks Healthy anyway! Excellent work!

Im GUESSing the really purple trichomes are the "amber" ones!? That would suggest 2 to 4 weeks left yet me thinks depending on personal preference! There are still alot of white hairs!!

Well take a small tester and dry it for a couple days. See if it tastes like hay or grass. If it tastes amazing you can cut it, but if its gross then leave it. If you have to leave it then just leave it covered over and it should be ok for a few days.

I have a plant outside that is also showing a bit of purple........imo it's down to the cold spells I'm getting at night....
