Purple stems outside of any other defects (orange spots on leaves for example) is probably genetic and harmless. It CAN be a be a sign of deficiency, but if that plant is growing well and has no other issues, let it be.

Looks natural to me. I currently have a girl scout cookies plant that I know has genetics to produce purple stems (and it has purple stems just like that). I however have another plant with purple stems (NYCD) that is really being an asshole and having problems all over. It has been getting purple stems (BAD purple stems) recently and it does look quite different from the "natural" purple color which you seem to have. The color of the bad stems that have purple are both green and purple. almost like it has purple stripes going upwards on the stem.
