You guys are funny. These OG Plants were a BITCH to get right. And I can't believe I went home JUST to get new pictures for you tools so I can show you that these plants have been corrected.

The difference between inexperienced growers and experienced growers is the ability to correctly identify problems and rectify them. These look better than the previous pics posted and today they look like the attached photos.

Congrats to you if you can grow the same strain every time and get it right on the nose straight out. I feed aggressively so when I get a new strain it takes a little bit to get them on track. That picture posted above is from this past Sat...it's now Tuesday and they look like the pics below.

I never said plants didn't ever have problems, but I'm pretty good at correcting them. So get off your high horse and stop misstating information. Anyone can grow plants from start to finish nice and slow and get less yield than optimum, it takes experience to identify problems, make corrective actions (when necessary, not arbitrarily) and get things moving forward positively. 99% of the time colored stems mean there's a problem? Show me that information somewhere besides out of your ass. I know it's not through your hours of research or knowledge of horticulture...nope, straight outta your ass.
Ok so what are you trying to say? That im on a high horse and cant diagnose a problem correctly? That I only grow one strain, I dont feed vigorously ? Why dont you stop by my journal and take a look? Anyone can do it? Honestly what are you trying to do here in the thread? You havent helped out, just been a parasite. Show me some of your phenotypes with red/purple stems. I can say it over and over. 99% of the time its normally a problem. This is from my experience. My experience only. Just like yours in this case, not any trait's of og. Anyone can diagnose a problem incorrectly, doing it correctly is where the line lays. Most people on forums believe most the shit they read. Thats why most the information on this site needs to be taken with caution. I come from the other side. Im not here to learn. Im here to document, & to help. Thats it. Not to fight with bitchs like you. Nice job on correcting the problem. It had nothing to do with vigorous feeding. They still havent bounced back to 100% and guaranteed its not OG. I know enough not to almost loose my plants. I keep em in tip top shape, start to finish.

i've been doing Blueberry (from dutch passion) for the last few grows... and they have some purple-ish stems the whole way through... with perfectly healthy plants.

2000 watts and the Advanced Nutrients line in an Ebb/Flow system - screened ;-)

i dont seem to have any pics of the stems tho - just the buds... weird

Just to clarify bleezy, you did mean that purple stems like on fan leaves (e.g. your pics a few pages back) is normal right? You're just referring to the main stem/shoot that should never (except 1% of the time) be purple?

I have kept my eyes out for any articles that pertain to Blueberry Marijuana but have not seen any yet. I am about to do some research on this subject. Whats the grow and smoke like? do you have any journals or can you point me in the direction of some intriguing articles on blueberry or super silver haze? Also, can i look at the blueberry pictures that you have?

Purple stems on fan leaves are normal correct. Im not stating that 99% of plants should have a green stems. Im stating 99% of the time a red/purple stem is a problem. People dont realize its a problem. They think they have a purple plant, which is totally incorrect.

Im not talking solely about stem color. Im talking about it changing colors.
I get that. But are the purple stems on the fan leaves (like the ones in your pics on pg 3) normal? B/c I believe all the info in the growfaq and in stickies that these ppl are quoting is referring to those fan leaf stems. Not the main stalk.

Gotcha, so on the purple stem fan leaves. Is that also a problem 99% of the time? Assuming it was a defeciency due to lockup, how do you fix the lockup?

Purple stems on fan leaves are normal. Purple/red mainstalks are which Id be concerned about. If I knew I had a purple pheno, id be less worried. As I keep saying, colored stems are normally a sign of cal/mg deficiency either caused by a lockout, or lack of.

I am going to apologize on this one. I thought that you were talking about stems, not stalks. He took a picture of a stem, he said stems all along and I was assuming that we were talking about them.

The stalk certainly should not be purple/red. It is a sign of an MG Defeciency and I was wrong to have not paid enough attention throughout the thread.

There might be a pheno out there that is supposed to have purple/red stalks, but if your stalk is turning purple than more than likely you have a problem.

I am sorry Bleezy if we got mixed up, I just didn't want some noob to change his nutrients because his plants had purple STEMS.

I apologized for not reading through the entire thread. But what difference does it make what you said when he was talking about STEMS.

What would you have him do? Noob reads that, reads that epsom salt can help him and he locks out other nutrients following your advice for his purple STEMS.

You diagnosed an MG/Cal defeciency on words not pictures and there was clearly confusion.

If you all read the original posters ? there wouldn't be confusion.
lock up is what im leanning towards mag/cl is what exactly and occures how?how do u fix it? and does it go hand in hand pale green almost yellowish leafs and purple stock and stems thanks for the help apprciate it
My Response
You probably have a deficiency because of the lockup, so adding cal/mag will just make it worst. Once you fix the lockup, the deficiency should go away. Do you have any brown spots. Yellow normally means that they are nitrogen hungry, or phosphorus. You arnt flowering are you? It could be so many problems. Can you post pictures?
And I am the bad guy? Telling him to go fuck over his plants? I didnt tell him do anything yet. He disappears because all you bitches like drama. :wall: glad you understand where I was comming from:leaf:
