Purple Blue Cheese: PICS

Here is a pic of my blue cheese at day 59. I'm gonna let it go a few more days.

I have an old report already posted. This was the mom that i'm letting go alittle longer. I wish I would have kept her now because of the color and smell, but the yield just isn't there.

Yeah but for a high quality smoke sometimes you have to sacrifice the big yields.
