Pure Garden resort run by Skunk mag??

So has anyone been to Pure Garden Resort in Negril ??? It's advertised in Skunk magazine and even says in the as it's owned and operated by Skunk magazine. The ad says "The Pure experience: where everyday is 420"

To me this reads like a wink and nod that your gonna be able to blaze all day there...???

Has anyone been to this joint? Pun intended!! If so what's was it like??

Which is why I asked here I'd bet Tripadvisor has a no-go policy on posting anything that is illegal...is there a review site around called "trip"advisor?? hahahahaha!!
