Purchase seeds from cali bank?

So i've heard there are seed banks here in california as well as a few other states in the U.S. i've found quite a few but I've never heard of any of them so I don't want to order from them because there's a chance i'll get ripped off. does anyone know of any legit California/U.S. seed banks out there?

Huh, weird, guess you have to buy them from a Euro/Canadian company and have them shipped back.

Wonder why, when clones are so easy to get here in the states?

Look around at dispensaries. Theres a few that carry breeders seeds.
