pulsar mini?

a friend of mine let me borrow a 250w hps he had laying around to finish flowering some of my babies. now that theyre done flowering its time to give it bak but i think i would like to keep it. i asked hime if he would sell it to me n he said 80 buks or 100 n he throws in a hps n a mh bulb. i was wondering if anybody thought this would be a good deal. its only 250 watts but its hps/mh also im working out of a closet. any input is appreciated.

i'm not familiar with that brand... is it a complete unit with a built in ballast or does it have a separate ballast? either way, for $80 it sounds like a good deal to me..

Its self ballasted the main reson i want it.
