Buck.

That was for those people with the little pointy heads and slippers. Did you miss that part? I think Kitzharpers boot would of hurt a little more than the slippers though.
so why do you so vividly depict me bending over and spreading my ass for you, nitro?

if you're a homosexual, there's nothing wrong with that, if you want to come out as the forum's old racist gay dude, that's fine with me.

what else do you wonder about?

I was wondering if a guy in a gay bar walked out of the restroom smelling like ass, did he use the sink to wash his dick and his hands? Something to think about..
you posted that years ago, and ever since you've been making threads and posts about wanting to see manly things penetrate asses.

also, you have said that you only hire men whose heterosexuality is so frail and uncertain that they would become physically violent if even questioned about it. and you spend a lot of time with them, alone, at sea, on a boat, taking pics of them, telling them about your desire to see manly things penetrate asses.

i mean, just today you were complimenting the physique of a shirtless old man.

what kind of a picture does this paint to you?

The US has never been #1 in public education, from my cursory examination.
What's funny is that for all of the talk about the "failing system", it has actually improved over the last couple decades.

So public school (paid for by taxpayer) followed by unsecured student loan debt (paid for by the taxpayer if they default)...?

Why don't they just educate their kids for free and they can then pass it on because they'll be paying taxes rather than getting handouts (cos their pay in Starbucks is shit) ??

Canadian Govt covers third level education for their citizens, right?

To an extent...the grants are reasonable, but tuition isn't fully covered by them. However, private grants and scholarships are generous, and there are plenty available. It's just a matter of applying...
But I agree, it should be fully funded, especially in light of it being quasi-mandatory for gainful employment outside of the trades. Yet even trades require some manner of post-secondary education to ensure some degree of proficiency.

What arguments can be put forward against the idea of publicly funded education being extended to the University level?

And since that time the HS Graduation rate has dropped from 78% to 74% http://nces.ed.gov/programs/digest/d07/tables/dt07_100.asp
Whoops the poverty rate didn't get any better either. http://www.cnbc.com/id/48281252

Pretty sure LBJ wanted to use social programs to entrap people into a lifestyle that utterly depends on government tit nursing. A captured audience that will always vote for more cake to eat.

Lyndon Baines Johnson 1963... "These Negroes, they're getting pretty uppity these days and that's a problem for us since they've got something now they never had before, the political pull to back up their uppityness. Now we've got to do something about this, we've got to give them a little something, just enough to quiet them down, not enough to make a difference... I'll have them niggers voting Democratic for the next two hundred years".

Some people call this captured audience "People voting in their own best self interests."

ANALEXCESS also espouses this racist tin foil theory, as does kynes, and desert dude, and pretty much every other addle brained racist on this forum.

they don't realize that their racist policies are what prevent them from getting minority votes, rather than some invented and imaginary 'liberal plantation'.

the (supposed) party of personal responsibility cannot take responsibility for the racism in their own ranks.

Upon the subject of education, not presuming to dictate any plan or system respecting it, I can only say that I view it as the most important subject which we as a people may be engaged in. That everyone may receive at least a moderate education appears to be an objective of vital importance.

LOL!

Lincoln was home schooled. "I'm not saying how it should be done, only that people need an education" by a guy who was homeschooled means he supports public education to you? Wow

I'm speaking the importance of education. Get a grip.
Are you not the same person who sent his children to public school. Are you not the person who went to public school as well. Not many do the home school in this day and age. A hell of a lot more children go to public school. Do you know why ?
In fact we still waiting on the one home school vote on RIU.

The best means of forming a manly, virtuous, and happy people will be found in the right education of youth. Without this foundation, every other means, in my opinion, must fail.
