prunning?

2 weeks before putting into flower i cut off the bottom of the plant and topped, now i just put the girls into flowering last saturday today when the lights came on i notice that there still wasnt enough room too water ect,, it just looked messy so i pruned off a few more nodes on the bottom cleaned it up nice now im kinda wondering is this going to affect my yeild from the stress i have never prunned like this during the flowering cycle i know its just the first five days and these girls are very rezilaint to stress but im still not quite sure has anyone had expreience with prunning during the flower cyle can anyone help me out

yes it will but in a good way, its called lollipoping, pruning for profit
