No you feel like not putting any effort into this because I'm now armed with my book on Plasma reactions. You just got owned by a doctorate-level physics book and you can't take it.

Just IM me - I'll set you straight with all relevant diagrams, formulas, info that you need.

Because Teatree certainly isn't going to provide it - as they don't have it to begin with.

I'll scan my books for you and give you each page in full detail if that helps you.

Just IM me - might take a bit to respond cuz I'm watching a movie.

That is who and what TreeDweller is. He spouts off his half baked notions and tries to back them up with information from Wiki and other less than credible sources and when he finally realizes that he stepped in it deep he runs and hides while making some silly childish response.

For the love of God people do not ever make the mistake of taking any advice from TreeDweller.

He is a magnificent example of someone having just enough knowledge to make them dangerous.

When you combine that with his massively over-inflated ego and what has to be a very deep-seated inferiority complex the result is that he is driven to go to great lengths to attempt to validate his horrible advice no matter how many people will suffer from it.

When he gives any advice JUST SAY NO.

And I've already got the IM, so I'm gonna help!

Thanks kalikitsune for helping candylime out with the ventilation set up, I am defently unsubscribing from this post now so you all can have a good one.

I also think that it violates the Geneva convention to have an intellectual battle with an unarmed man.

They is a proper genderless term to use when referring to a person and their gender is unknown.

You failed Elementary - I learned that in third grade.

And I've already got the IM, so I'm gonna help!
The correctness of that usage is disputed.

Every other language in the word that uses gender-neutral grammar accepts and uses their word for 'they' in a singular form when appropriate. Same thing happens in Latin. Only the people that never were taught gender-neutrality in basic English fail to grasp this concept. Practically every other language in the world accepts it, while the United States tries to go against it.

I guess that's one major advantage of attending an independent school system as opposed to city and county school systems - we didn't rely upon Federal money. :P Yet another one of your ignorant statements just got nailed down, again.

Walmart CFL's compared to real grow CFL's, lumens compared to light needed and actually used by the plant, replacement cost compared to startup costs. All damn good valid info. Man if you guys aimmed your guns at the same spot i wouldnt wanna be on that end lol

LOL hahaha

he has 40,000 lumen of cfls at over 6000 lumen per sq ft at the moment and is going to add another 40,000 with a HPS lamp giving him 12000 lumen per sq ft or if he just used 1/2 of his cfls thats still 9,000 lumen per sq ft This is still tripple the amount of lumens per sq ft than required. About everything you will read about the amount of lumens per sq ft needed will say 2,000 to 3,000 lumen per sq ft and with my own experiences I have noticed a bit better results with 4,000 lumen per sq ft however I have been as high as 7,000 per foot and there wasnt really a distingisable differance than with the 4k.

Take it for what its worth, I have been growing plants indoors for almost 20 years now so feel free to just discount everything I say just because of my username LOL

I read different books about this light thingy ... there are some that they say that you need around 10.000 lumens per squire feet. Other ... says that you need 2000-3000.
Oh well ... quite big difference.
Outside though, they get OVER 10.000...and they are fine...
Anyway, what I was saying is that I wanna try the HPS because I believe you get better bud . and also, the next grow room will be bigger than what I have right now ... I guess I forgot to mention that ...

Thanks for your thoughts though.
