Proper Venting of Dual Hose A/C, +Rep for a solution

So I just got a Whynter 14,000 BTU A/C unit and want to get it hooked up but I am confused about something and hopefully someone here can help me.

I am wondering how to keep the hot air it extracts from stinking like the garden.

Here is my current ventilation setup.

Air comes in through a small hole in the window and goes through the ballast box, then through the air cooled reflectors and then through a 6 inch centrifugal fan and is discharged into the attic.

On the suction side of the fan there is a y in the ducting, and attached to it there is an electric operated damper that allows air to get pulled into the exhaust fan through a carbon scrubber. This damper is on a time so there is a constant vacuum in the room pulling fresh air in and periodically drawing air out through the scrubber.

I also have another 6 inch fan drawing air through another carbon filter to constantly scrub the air in the room.

So here is the dilema:

How do I scrub the hot air exhausting from the A/C unit without raising the temp of the room I am trying to cool? The A/C unit can just draw air from the room, but how do I get the air scrubbed without putting into the room? (And raising the temp)

I cannot put the unit outside the grow room, so it has to be in the space. I was thinking about ducting the discharge air into the main ductline after the fan and blowing it into the attic, but I am concerned about letting the odor out also.

Please help. I am having a hard time coming up with a solution here.
