proper mixture for AzaMax?

Hi, I am pretty new to growing. Trying to stay organic. I have some clones that a friend gave me but he had a problem with bugs but he isn't even sure what type of bugs they were. I want to transplant and spray them with azamax before I put them in my room. I wouldn't even use these but in my area I am having a hard job to find good healthy ,clean clones. Can anyone tell me the proper mixture for azamax to use ? thanks
