Proper Flushing, and How Long?

i'm on my first grow and just flushed 2 of my plants using Final Flush (blueberry flavor). Hoping for good results! i flushed both plants with 15L (about 4 gallons) 3 gallons i used final flush and the last gallon I just used straight water.

Now my plants are in 5 gallon pots, however i kinda ran out of soil so the pot is only filled up about 4/5 of the way. I'd say its more accurate to 4.5 gallon pot heh. So is 4 gallons enough to flush with?

They were both flushed 2 days ago and I plan on watering them once more about 3 days before harvest with just clean water. Should all this be enough? I know many say you should do at least 1.5x the size of your pot in water, but i thought using final flush might be ok to use less.

I think its best to still flush 3X the amount of medium. So in your case 13.5 gallons for the flush

Griz you have less rep and more posts than me, I'd take your advice with a mild nute mixture (grain of salt). Ha ha BURNED(I can say burn for my own burn right?) kinda like your plants.

i can vouch for homebrewer hes damn good grower !! his advice is always correct, he never fail me

as for my preference, i dont do the flush unless i fucked up by overnute but thats it...just dont use nutes too much...at the near harvest i just down the nutes every water till harvest, like last two waterings will be only waters. then chop it.

the most important is do the drying and curing process right way !! you have to master your skills with that drying and curing, thus you will have the best smooth and tastiest when you exhale !!

You missed the implication apparently...

tobacco is fertilized to the day of harvest. in nature, many nutrient elements diminish in the cold/dark season, contributing to the natural plant signals to uptake stored reserves, last fert chance, and death/dormancy. Any pro mixed nutrient system with directions will indicate this same diminishing ppm in each res change/feeding after mid flower, right down to 200ppm, then pure water for a couple days, then harvest. foolproof, and close to nature as possible, in hydro at least.

flushing plants, what a joke, why not just chunk them in a swimming pool for a week, flushing only hurts the plants if anything!

Use pure water (ph balanced) and change it after seven days. Comes out real nice.
