Proper filter vs inline

Ok so i have built a large shed with empty attic space.

My sqft for plant area is 19x14x10=2660sqft
My sqft for triangle attic space is 13x13x19=85sqft

So what i already have and want to use is my 12" max fan which is 1700cfm. My math says that inline will replace the air every 2 minutes. Im going to put the inline at the top off attic space as an exhaust fan. Obviously i will have to add 2 decent size holes in bottom of my shed for passive intake.

So now that you have good idea of room and hopefully confirm my math is correct, i want to put a carbon filter on my max fan for exhaust. I have zero idea what filter to get.

Online calculator says get a 1700 cfm filter which is 12"x48" for the plant area of room. Which would be great because it would fit my inline perfectly with 12"opening. However if you add the attic space into total sqft it says to get next size up cfm which is a 14"x48" which is 2200cfm. I dont want to buy another inline fan. So will that 14" filter not be able to taper down to my 12" fan?

Also i guess my biggest question is will the carbon filter change how fast the air will exchange in my room?

One main thing you didn't talk about is lighting what type of lights and how many? Are you going to go hps and vented hoods open hoods, cmh, led? They play a role in the size fan and filter.
Carbon filters you will loose 20% of airflow from the fan

6 hydrofarm phantom de. They are on 1100... i am not trying to cool the room with just inlines though. My minisplit is being installed anytime now. I dont have anyway to add co2 so i want the exhaust system to turn on every so often and let it passively bring in fresh air. Seems like my fan is strong enough without the filter but not sure if the fan will be strong enough with the filter.

I used https://4hydroponics.com/site/calculate-fan and with the area and lights they suggest 1787cfm for the room.
So you use the 12" you have and put a filter on it and it takes an extra minute to exchange the air or
Instead of upgrading the fans and filter use the money to add co2 and seal the room all you need is a regulator a tank and a timer. Less than $300
