Proper dry/cure explained.....?

So for everyone new, I think the proper dry is more important than the curing process. I have experimented in my own dinky/ninja ways .

The key is to let it dry fully before you jar it up. I under-dried some killer herb and jarred it up too early. If you do that it doesnt dry properly; it even loses that bright green you get when dried long enough. Then you get that rotten eggs/skunk smell(no mold) going on with it..

I guess it is all preference but I think drying right gets the best appearance/taste. It is even okay to wait for the stems to snap/crackle. Bc when you jar it up, it gains back moisture and after a week is perfect.

Hope this helps someone out, i didnt listen to the 1000 other posts that explain the same thing. ? Doh

This is very good advice. It's hard to dry for too long as long as it's not drying out too fast. Putting it in the jar early will make it worse! If it's wet when you put it in the jar, take it back out!

When you first jar your buds you got to burp it..it releases extra moisture, chlorophyll and whatever else may be in there. Imo that's part of the drying process...I in my mind ive organized it in steps if you ask me curing comes after the burping... weed definitely gets smoother and sweeter with a good cure...
