Promote root and crystal (if possible) grown

im trying to grow the roots as much as i can right now in the hole its got, dimentions... uhh roughlly 1.5 feet deep 2 feed around? i know , not greaat but its decent.
the plant was badly rootbound cos i couldnt care to it for a while, so its started flowrering showing pistils and i want it to get BIGGER!

tips for expanding roots?

tips for making the bud more crystally?
i ask this, because some outdoor i see has NO crystal, its still surprisingly dank, but look slike total swag.
although i know a lot of the crystallizing factor is in genetics, is there nutrients that would boost production? (P)?

*edit: ill ill add in, it was badly rootboound while i was in hospital after an accident, so its quite small as i only got in actually in deeper dirt a couple weeks ago. its roughly... 2feet? maybeish. over the past week all the internodal branching has exploded so i think its about to get quite a bit thicker!

Kelp is a great way to build the root system as well are beneficial bacteria,
but if it has begun to flower, root growth is coming to a halt.
As far as trichomes (crystals) go, it's mostly genetic.
Sugars help though.

yeahh thats kinda what i thought, shame i wasnt able to get on this earlier , the kelp sounds like it would have been a great idea a month ago.

and yep im feeding it molassus every second or third day usually.
