I use it right out of the bag, no additives added and when grow is over I flush and reuse. My question is, When flushing, does the lime that's in the mix wash out and if it does how much dolomite should I use to replace the lime that's washed away.

Don't worry about it. The pH has probably risen since new. Peat is 4.5 average new. The reason for the lime.
