progress update with some questions !!

hi guys,
i am getting better and better everyday because of the valuable information from this forum.
my plant is 19 days old , 4 days earlier it started shooting new leaves and now they are bigger,
i am noticing a few things though ,

the oldest pair of leaves the ones down are getting yellowish.
my plant is growing sideways more than up and no matter how much i try to give her water on the right time i always feel that its droopy.
is my lighting setup good , i got 2 * 28 watt 12000k cfl ( 1450 lumens each) on the sides and 2 florecent 20 watt bulbs in top.

It looks like you could do to water a little less often, if the leafs feel heavy and full then that is the case. Also you could move the lights a little bit closer, especially the cfl's, with lights that small you really want them within a few inches. You would get more benefit from having it directly under one of those than in the middle where it is pretty far from both.

get light closer and alot less watering but hey man your off to a real good start keep up the good work and try not to be a hovering parent let it grow

I would have the lights close defo and as others said less water m8 keep at it

Chill on water.
Bottom leaves fall off, that's normal.
Move the lights closer.
Tie your plant down. (Reference LST)

thanks guys for all your replies , what about the bottom two leaves ( first ones to grow) getting yellow , today they are totally yellow > should i do something , plus i watered my plant today after 3 days of not watering my moisture meter told me that i am nearly zero plus the pot felt so light ( i also digged with my finger and no moisture) so i think that its under watering not over watering , i added moss on the top and gave it a watering

I would also look into more light. That set up will not support 5 plants with sufficient light.

i wouldnt worry about those two lower leaves at all as the will eventually fall right of no matter what

when you water just make sure there are holes in the bottom of those planters and just water until you see alittle come out of the bottom

other then that everything looks really good bud other than needing alot more light keep up the good work always always ask if your ever in doubt thats why we are here
