problems with nutes

have grown a few different times, but continue to have same problem. Heres my setup:
growing hydro, with a 5 gallon bucket and bubbler in the bucket. I have 2 rooms, 1 for veg. and other for bloom, with a 400 hps lite in each room. Temp. hangs around 72 degrees. I use general hydroponics nutes(micro, grow, bloom, nectar).

Heres the problem and it only happens during blooming: i keep getting sever nute burn and i think its the acid i add to plain water to bring down the ph. my process of adding water to the bucket SUCKS! every 10 days i start with new water and add nutes to the fresh bucket, but the problem is what to do between i change water. I have been adding the ph down to plain water in a separate bucket than pour that water in the the plant bucket, but it seems like the plant just sucks up the acid which of course hurts the plant.

hope someone has a MUCH better plan of refilling the buckets!

Thanks

only use ph down once u have mix all your nuts. your plants dont ever need plain water in their flowering cycle, this could actually armed them. 1/4 strenght solution is more effective as a flush.

I am using the same nutrients as you, I first take the plant out of the bucket, keep the bubbler on if you can and add fresh RO water, then add your nutes in the correct formula, then ph down the solution. You then gotta put your hand in there and stir it for about 20 seconds, then take your ph meter and check the reading, it should not jump around alot, if its jumping around you havent mixed enough, it should be at 5.8. IF your ph is rising daily, id set it at 5.5-5.7 depending on how much of a rise it is. It should stop moving in a day. I dont use Diamond Nectar, perhaps its making the nutrients too easy to digest, thus burning the plant? I am not a botanist, but I dont use Nectar and dont have that problem.

You could also premix your water the day before, ph it, then when its time to add it, check it again and see where its at. If its off correct it and add to your bucket, thats even better.

Sexxy beast since you use the same nutes i use what formula do you use? and you take the plant out of the bucket everytime you add water? near the end of the plant life i have to add water everyday, because the plant drinks that much water, so I should just start with a fresh bucket everytime? cant just add more water to the bucket?

Thanks for your help

Here, id start at the low end, this chart assumes RO water to start.http://www.hydroponics.net/learn/weekly_feeding_program_flora.asp

I am growing DWC, they say your supposed to, but I only take the plants out when I do a res change, I just add and mix.
