I just wanted to express my feeling on my recent vaporizer purchase. I bought a Da Buddah from 7th Floor Inc. Did not work when it showed up. Extremely disappointed. Customer service was very poor. They sent a replacement part but it burned out in less than a week. Now it's out of warranty tried to order more but have yet to see them. I really advise people to stay away from this company and shop around there are better products out there that are actually a little cheaper. Just needed to vent.
