problems while veg out of nowhere

These girls are just from an unknown bag they started life outside and after a week they were put inside. Everything was fine for 2 weeks then this happened.

i had just 2 14 watt cfl and 1 13 watt cfl. The day before i was going to flower they started looking like this. Now there under 2 23 watt cfl and 1 14 watt. I havent started flowering because i dont want them to be stressed and come out male.

I just need some help on what might be going on.

Their roots could be competing. I've grown 2-3 plants in a solo cup before. Usually one takes over and the other dies; not both. Have you been watering a lot? too much? Overwatering results in heavy drooping leaves full of water; it'll clear up in a couple days. I dunno.... PH the water you've been using, is it around 6.5? Have you made any big changes to the plants' environment lately? GL mang

The long internodal space tells me they aren't getting a lot of light. The plants look oxygen starved. They're salvageable but you need better soil, better light and no nutes for now. Just a nice rich mix. Good luck.

I also thought over-watering for the droopiness but im wating till the soil dries again to inspect her again.

Dannyboy602 what do you suggest i add in with my current lights

Also do you see the top how its getting bushier than the bottem this was after i got them they were streched when i got them

Buy an inexpensive floro that has at least 100W for now. Ideally you should have 400W of HPS. Even 250 is better than what you're running. It all comes down to your budget. If you can grow outdoors, than do it.

No prob. Just give them them best conditions you can afford. Dont spend a lot of money on fertilizers. Even MG tomato food is good

Ok I've been thinking and im wondering about this. For 2 weeks it was fine and then i think i over watered where i live we use well water so what if the well water has a mineral or something in it that in normal watering doses is ok but over watering(which would also be more of the mineral or w.e.) would cause this problem. The other plants in the same soil are doing fine. Im sorry if this is a little confusing i didnt know how else to explain what im trying to say

Ok update i tested the ph of the soil and its between 7-8 and i know thats high also my nitrogen is low. Any help? right now i have 2 one gallon jugs one is water with 5 drops of apple cider viniger to try and lower ph and the other is mixed with a plant food that gives 30-10-10. I was thinking to just alternate every feeding between the two once a week the plant food mix and once a week the viniger mix. Any help on this ? atleast to tell me if im on the right track or not. Also i have over 7,000 lumins for the plants now which im figuring should help more.
