problem with vanilla kush

I've tried Epsom salts on this thing I've tested pH its staying neutral tried flushing with neutral water. Tried adjusting nutrients . None of this has worked I've been growing for a year but I'm kinda a noob on plant problems.....I've never had any so to speak other than powdery mildew and spider mites help!!!!

Need more info sir. what do you consider neutral? what are you feeding how often? how often do you water what kind of soil or medium are you using. People around here seem to be more willing to help if you provide all the proper info with out it, its only a guess.

Well Im using metro mix 830 neutral medium mostly Canadian sphagnum moss and perlite pH 7.0 I water with rain water that I collect in a 40 gal barrel. I don't feed often in veg about once a week with ff nutes I'm running the complete line. I try to give my girls as much love and attention that I can which I think is why I haven't had problems to this point but some one please HELP!!! OHH also I'm veging under a 400 w mh 7200k ultra blue
