Problem with Seedlings

Something is not working. Running ebb&flow with water that is 50ppm on meter. Planting bagseed. Nutes added in small amounts yielding ppm of 275 (with water).

Ph is around 6 and the lighting is 125 watt CFL about 12 inches above plants.

Many sprouts but sprout leaves begin to curl and die. Any ideas where to look for the problem.

Bag seeds will do that more often than purchased seeds(in general) also no nutes until the plants are bigger. Just a guess but i bet your seedlings hadn't even developed the single blade fan leaf yet. Get yourself some good genetics via online seed order or clones. Even you can only get clones that are in dirt you can wash the roots if they are decently strong and transplant into your media.
