ok so ive done a bubbler grow before... it turned out alright but i think i did somthing wrong.

thats not the point i decided to move to soil grow and since i dont really have the finances i have to use miracle grow 3 month feed soil and a CFL. the past 2 weeks have been fine the room stays 80 with lights on and 65 with lights off. ive taken a picture every 4 days and i will upload as soon as possible but yesterday i went to check on it in the morning and the leaves are all droopy so i watered it and it perked up but then 3 hour later i checked on it again and they were droopy again i dont know whats wrong.

please help me

ok so ive been keeping a close eye on her and theres no change on her. the soil dried up and i watered her again and this time there was no change. shes still drooping all the time.

i dont think im overwatering it because i always wait until i can stick my finger down in the soil an inch and its dry until i water it again. am i under-watering it? does anyone think its a root bound problem?

i really need some help, please.

and im having a problem uploading pictures, apperently theres a security token missing anyone know what that means?

happy toking

its 4 inches tall and 6 inches wide.

the strain is Le Fruit Defendu.

it is a 5 gallon pot but ive only got about 3 gallons of soil in it. i think im gonna double pot it so that theres more soil and i dont have to transplant it

also its starting its 6th set of leaves

What is your light cycle? How close is your light? What kind of nutes are you using? you said that you were using a CFL, what size is it?

my light cycle is 18 on, 6 off
it is 1 inch away from the plant
im not using any nutes, i read the buds for less book that says you just have to use the miracle grow soil that feeds the plant for 3 months.
its a 65 watt CFL, i got it from stealthhydroponics.com im gonna add another 1 as soon as the plant gets big enough.

Sounds like what I have got ... in a way. I don't think that it would be the light causing it, though you could probably use at least one more of the CFL's.

I don't like using a prefertilized soil, I believe it to be harsh on seedlings. I don't introduce any nutes till I am about 2 weeks into Veg, then I would wait till I was about 2 weeks till Flower, clean the soil, (flush all nutes out) then use clean water for the rest of the week. I then use bone meal the week that I notice little hairs. Before my last plants got stolen, I had a good solid 1 oz per plant (three on a 12/12). Good luck and I will keep posted for updates.

i would flush the nutes and use bone meal but i simply cant afford it i just moved to colorado and my rent is outrageous. so i have to keep the nutrient fertilizer as-is.

but i will add another 65 watt CFL soon

ok so i added another 65 watt cfl but i added another 10 degrees to the plant area. making it 90 durrign the day and im pretty sure thats too much. anyway she started looking up a little then i noticed the soil was dry so i watered it and she stared drooping again so i believe its a watering problem and im not gonna water her for about a week and let the roots dry out and see how that works out. does that sound like a good idea?

give it about 3 or 4 days without watering... but I would spray the leaves as well to help keep it cool. do you have a fan on them? I am having a simular prob... but my plant is "closing" up the leaves... I will be posting a pic on my grow. Good luck and keep us informed.

Add 26watt CFLs - they put off 1600 lumens eack and are much less expensive than the higher wattage bulbs. Much more bang for the money when you compare lumens versus cost. Less heat also!

Sorry to hear it.... I posted some new pics of my plants today. If you were like my neighbor or something, I would just run one right over to you... lol. Seriously though... sorry to hear about the death.
