hey all
its my first grow with autoflowers, and i have 3 plants that are going very nicely, but on those 3 i used cheapo non additive soil, which i planned to just use nutes during flowering
however, on my 4th plant, which i started a few weeks later, i decided to go buy some fox farm ocean forest soil with how highly everyone talks about it, and to give the auto a little help during its super short vegging state, but i think it backfired. some people say FFOF is fine for seedlings, while others stated it is too rich with nutrients and will burn them, which, i am sure my little girl is getting very burned
here is a pic from the a couple days ago, and currently, the leaves are still growing(and very fast, even with the discoloration, this plant in the FFOF soil is growing faster than my others in the neutral soil), but, there is still the brighter/lighter green shade as compared to the normal outer darker color of the leaf. but, the light color still continues to be in the center as they grow.
anyways. the plant(easy ryder) is about a week after sprouting, i am wondering if i should simply let it stay in the current pot due to how fast it is still growing, and hopefully it will build up a tolerence and even itselt out, or if i should take it out and swap out the soil for a non additive soil, or do a 50/50 mix of soil and the FFOF soil
i am just worried about damaging the very young and fragile roots. if its possible, how deep would i need to dig in order to get under all the roots, hey all
