Problem with a young girl, advice please

hey all

its my first grow with autoflowers, and i have 3 plants that are going very nicely, but on those 3 i used cheapo non additive soil, which i planned to just use nutes during flowering

however, on my 4th plant, which i started a few weeks later, i decided to go buy some fox farm ocean forest soil with how highly everyone talks about it, and to give the auto a little help during its super short vegging state, but i think it backfired. some people say FFOF is fine for seedlings, while others stated it is too rich with nutrients and will burn them, which, i am sure my little girl is getting very burned

here is a pic from the a couple days ago, and currently, the leaves are still growing(and very fast, even with the discoloration, this plant in the FFOF soil is growing faster than my others in the neutral soil), but, there is still the brighter/lighter green shade as compared to the normal outer darker color of the leaf. but, the light color still continues to be in the center as they grow.

anyways. the plant(easy ryder) is about a week after sprouting, i am wondering if i should simply let it stay in the current pot due to how fast it is still growing, and hopefully it will build up a tolerence and even itselt out, or if i should take it out and swap out the soil for a non additive soil, or do a 50/50 mix of soil and the FFOF soil

i am just worried about damaging the very young and fragile roots. if its possible, how deep would i need to dig in order to get under all the roots, hey all

If it's still the case that there is no brown on the leaves, and it is growing well, I wouldn't worry about it. If you start seeing some brown then yeah, it is starting to get nute burn. As long as it doesn't get bad, I wouldn't try to transplant it. Can you post a current pic?

yeah, i will post a picture in a little. i will go home on my lunch break and get a current pic. from what i recall, i havent seen any browning on the leaves though

here are current pictures. sorry, their not the clearest pictures, i used my cell phone to take a quick one

it almost looks like a deficiency or something to me, but im not sure how to correct it, especially cause its such a young plant

thanks in advance!!

now I'm starting to think you may want to transplant. Although it does look a little like a deficiency, that is unlikely in FFOF, especially since it's a seedling. No, I'm fairly certain this is nute burn, and it is getting worse, and the plant is not growing quickly in my opinion either.

I'm just not sure if you should transplant or ride it out, if you were to transplant I would gently wash as much FFOF off as you can and then just put it in the plain soil. I think the best way to do it (next time) would be to start in light warrior in a small pot (4") and then after about 3 weeks transplant into ocean forest. I would wait for some other replies before doing anything.

I hope it makes it, good luck!

ok, thanks guys. i figure i will just try repotting it and not get my hopes up on this one. any idea how deep the roots might be?

luckily, a local club just got some cherry ak-47 clones in, so i will replace this one with a regular non autoflower cherry ak pheno, and probably pick up an og kush clone so its not lonely :-)
