Prey Mantis

I have heard that if you have a bug problem you should unleash 1 Prey Mantis on your grow and it will eat the unwanted bugs.

I also was told at the same time lady bugs are good for growing weed but I dont remember why. Does anybody know?
(I sortof remember it being somthing like they eat somthing unwanted on your plant like bacteria or somthing.)

yes both of those insects eat unwanted pests, but if the preying mantis has nothing else to eat then say goodbye to the ladybugs too.

I think you would want to get more than 1 praying mantis. lol. They and ladybugs are predator bugs that eat other bugs that eat plant matter. i think it would be kind of cool to have a bunch of praying mantises in the grow area.

I lived in the Phillippines as a kid & we kept them as pets - and the ones that live there are very large, I remember the green ones being upwards of 8 inches long and pretty friendly.

What??
Clark AFB, look it up buckwheat - I lived there for 2 years as a youngster.
The largest asian speciemen measured 18".
And you might want to read this to illustrate your dismal intelligence level.

How To Care for a Pet Praying Mantis

Praying mantids make beautiful and fascinating pets.
In their behavior and mannerisms, they remind me something of uncuddly cats - fastidiously clean, curious, and predatory. Unlike cats, you can't really pet them; however, you also don't have to clean any litter boxes! Cleaning a praying mantis's cage is easy and almost completely odorless, as long as you do it regularly.
Although aloof by nature, praying mantises can also become tame enough over time to be handled. Although they are capable of moving with astonishing speed (and flying), their natural instinct is to lie in wait for prey, so I've been known to curl up with a mantis on my shirt and a book in my lap.

shut ur face it obviously photoshopped stoooopid!

I used to keep them as pets. They'd eat a cricket like it's a burger. Very easy to take care of. For water, just give it some droplets and it'd drink it.

Preying Mantis are the shit. I only wish they would move around more and clean up like a vacuum cleaner. Most of the time they post up in one spot and wait for bugs to come to them.

If they would roam more you probably wouldn't need anything else.
