prepaid mastercard for seedbank purchases

i ordered an achieve mastercard i regestered it and still unable to use it at the seed banks. has anyone had this problem can it be helped? would call cust service but they closed until monday.

Is it the one you bought at the store? (no name on it) or is it the one they sent ya in the mail(permanent) with name on it?

More than likely you need to call them up to authorize international purchases...
