Premature Harvest

I have a small problem, and was wondering if anyone can help.

I have 2 Big Bang plants growing https://www.rollitup.org/newbie-central/138511-my-baby.html have a look at them and see if you can help.

Basically i have these 2 growing at home on a HPS, and my mum is starting to get annoyed with them, and she is going away in 2 weeks for a week and when she comes back she wants them gone. That buys me 3 weeks, they have been in flower for 5 already and going strong. I dont know if 3 weeks is long enough.

I wanna know if there is any way to speed up the process, or even if you think in 3 weeks they will be ready???:wall:

Please help if ya can, im sure this is a problem alot of people get.

how far along flowering are you? You can harvest early with terrible results.....might get you high.....if there were faster ways to finish then it would be posted! THERE are lots of theories on things to speed the finishing times BUT i dont believe in them

Im 5 weeks in, so if i cut them when im supposed to it will be 8 weeks, and the strain say 8 to 9 weeks, but if you could look at the pics on the link and tell me if you think 8 weeks will be enough??

It will be fine after 8 weeks, it all depends on the strain really. 9 or 10 weeks might be optimal but you gotta do what you gotta do

if the strains for 8-9 weeks pullin it a week early wont hurt a bit...try getting a closer shot of the hairs... once there 50-60% brown/red any color but white...your good to go... you could leave your light on them an hour or 2 longer.. pullin at week 8 is gonna give you one hell of a head high:clap: that plants beautiful bro..you did a good job!

Thank you very much..i am very proud of her, the hairs have just started turning, so i think its going to be just over 9 weeks for perfection, but like you say i gotsta do what i gotsta do. il keep all posted on the grow journal thingy (my baby)
