Preflower, Or Buds

I'm not sure. I think these are just preflowers, but they could be the start of budding. What do you think? I got these as six inch clones one month ago today and transplanted about three weeks ago. They seem to be enjoying the outdoors. Should I switch nutes yet, or give it a couple more weeks?

Pre-flowers.
You can change the nutes allready if you want.
Won't make a big difference cause your plants are monstrous anyways.

Well as of June 21, the summer solstice, the days are getting a little shorter each day. Does it usually start that late?
