Yeh, same here i'd never grown 12\12 from seed.

Now that I have my new veg area I've just finished converting, I can run my 4x4 permanently at 12\12.
This means I can start working my way through some of the freebies I have building up. Just going to randomly start Chucking them in in little pots haha.

BC Diesel coming along nicely, sort of looks like an actual plant now after the disastrous start.
Looks like the feed schedule is a little heavy on the N, going to be holding of on that for a couple of feeds now.
Bit of a noob question, but I've started using Mills A & B two part nutrients, the A has the Nitrogen in, so will it be cool to feed with just the 'B' part of the feed? It says to use both with equal parts A & B in every feed.

Today and tomorrows songs will be for a special someone.

Tomorrow I'll post my entry #2. It will be about week 3 of flowering tomorrow.
These were my original two favorites #4 for it's shape with 4 tops and #5 that had the best trunk.
I'm watering them all in a similar manner just giving #2 more attention.
Main issue has been Magnesium from what I can tell. I might be seeing some calcium issues, can't tell yet.
#2 was chosen because it had the healthiest leaves and largest buds at the time I had to choose and is still leading them.

Day 50 from peeking under 12/12.

30 days veg under 12/12.
20 days flowering under 12/12.

#4 and #5.

I do on all of them with my entry #2 to be posted shortly being the heaviest with N tox.
Originally #2 was a guinea pig for testing so I hit it hard with ferts. It ended up surpassing the rest in condition and was chosen for the contest even with the heavy N.
The ones in the picture #4 and 5 were then experimented on and I was surprised they got so dark with about half of the amount I used on #2.

Riding out the N tox on #2 has been great so far. No leaf loss, nice bud development that I will show shorty.
Because of the N tox I have been giving them water only for two weeks now. Some Epsom and some cal/mag are the only additives so far.
It does make it hard to know when I should fertilize again.
8 weeks to go with about 10 more days of stretch hopefully gives it time to work itself out.
Great learning experience.
Love watching it, haven't had N tox like this in a long time so I am enjoying studying it and watching to see if it evens out. :peace:

Wow. Great work going on in here. I have no led lamp so I didn’t join in. Looks like there were changes in rules I missed though.

Just for fun. Here is my not official not entered #1 nursery pot (about 3/4 gallon) 12/12 from seed under 600w hps plant. A CH9 POW 33.

She has been harvested and dried and jarred and gave 1.4 oz of dense frosty nugs. Good smoke too. :-)

To bad you missed this comp, it allows any light.
I Started with a 400w MH, switched to 600w hps and now I'm supplementing some more MH while starting some fresh seedlings.
Maybe next year?????
Truth is I follow you and figured you might not play because it would affect your serious work and plant count lol.
Hope your shoulder is healing well!
Happy Growing!

Thanks so much for the nice wishes. I am hurting pretty bad.

I didn’t follow the thread long enough. I thought it was still led only. I will be sure to keep a space open next time. But seeing some of these huge (little) plants sticking out of the little cups I would have surely spilled mine by now 1 arm gardening.

I have been experimenting with 12/12 from seed lately but to rebuild my veg room with a new tent and the 315 LEC. Stopped in my tracks but everything is still going with a few accidents here and there. I broke the top off a BLT. Guess it’s topped now at week 2. Lol

The 3 gallon up potted 12/12 plants are more impressive than I expected.

Sorry for the diversion @whitebb2727 there were some comments about 12/12 so I wanted to show some.

He's a cool OP. Some OP's get pissed when a stranger enters and helps point out things like Thrips, Spider Mites, A Male Plant and some things I probably forgot lol.
Come back and chat later. I do want to post my entry shortly. No words. Just a song to my favorite opponent who won't play with me.
I say this so you don't think the song I play is toward you as we are chatting, I already have a Bromance. :peace:

Fading FRED...........

Well Fred has been fading a bit , most of the big fans have faded and fell. But she has been swelling a bit. Plus a little fox tail. Some pistil browning but I have to water practically every day as cup is just roots .

Watering inbetween with HYDROPLEX - 1 tsp. Per gallon @6.5. I make a full gallon for this lowly cup plus other plants so nothing is wasted.

Stopped Thrive Alive Red and resumed just MaxiBloom for the remaining weeks.
So it will be P - K time for the remainder. I found solo cup fits into top of plastic tumbler , so when I water or feed , it runs thru bottom into tumbler. Less Mess.

They grow up so fast!
I remember when the were just little girls!
Any predictions for harvest dates?
Or is it to soon for that lol.

If I don't crash and burn I'll be harvesting in 106 days.

157th Day of 2018

Give or take ;)

5 days for the seedlings to wake up.
21 days veg.
80 days flower.

EDIT: When I use the term veg, I am meaning 12/12 on/off. Just a term for the stage right?
Oh Well!
I was hoping not to see sex yet but #4 is a girl and she just got topped after the 3rd node. If she is the one, hopefully she gives me 6 tops. I'm not going to try to clone the cutting.
Day 21 from peeking out of the soil.
Wish there was more time, veg was really just starting. Might work out.

Day 24 from peeking out of the soil.
Pistils spotted 3 days ago.
All have been topped. Attempted a FIM on #2 and can not tell how it went yet.
#2 needs water today, the rest will wait till tomorrow.
Phasing into watering every other day right now. :peace:

In order 1 - 5.

I want to say everyone is doing great and awesome plants. I am so busy. I am in the middle of a remodel on a rental house on top of everything else I do this time of year.

I'm having a hard time finding time to take care of water only organic soil plants in large pots. I just don't have the time to make care of plants in cups.

I said I wasn't eligible for the prizes anyways.

Keep up the good work and remember prizes are still up for grabs.
