Practice DMT regularly.

Lately I have been doing my fair share of DMT. And I have to say that it has improved my life quite a bit.
My first break through of sorts happened when I did ayahuasca by myself. I made an acacia confusa/syrian rue brew and thought that I needed a life change. I have a medicine bundle because I recently became a certified medicine man protected under a native american church(that's a story for later) so I sat there in front of it with my bottle of ayahuasca and played with it for awhile because it was the first time I had ever used the bundle. I told the bottle what I wanted. I told it that I wanted to learn about compassion and how to express it more directly without feeling incredibly anxious.

It did just that. I laid on my couch and had a very intense experience for about 2 hours. When the noises and visions subsided, I was still in a very ecstatic state. I thought 'All I did was trip my balls off and think I was gonna die', but that's when the overwhelming sense of compassion came. I was directly shown that compassion is the most important thing in the universe and that I should cherish my friends and family. It showed me how to do it and I discovered that, that was the root of a lot of my problems. It also showed me things about addiction and how none of those are needed.

It was an epiphany. Everything made sense at the same time and I still have not forgotten a single bit of it. I ended up crying out of happiness on and off for 5 hours. And that is something that I honestly had never done. There was so much good emotion that it just.. Leaked out. And it was great.
I often hide my stress from myself I found out and never even know that I am stressed out when I am.
I had a few zits because of stress and it was very odd how when I woke up the next afternoon that they were almost gone completely.

Addiction wise, I had a benzo problem. Ever since that day, I haven't touched one. And I probably never will again.
I think it is very important to get in touch with DMT in both ayahuasca and smoke because.. It teaches you things. There is a huge love factor affiliated with it. Everything makes sense while you are on DMT and it is very direct and memorable.

I have found that it is important to have an intention before doing it and that I prefer doing it by myself. If not, I do enjoy going to the Santo Daime ceremonies that are conducted not too far away from me. There it is amazing. We will drink VERY powerful ayahuasca and ride kayaks or dance around a fire and laugh the whole time. Unless things get difficult. then it's time for fetal position. At least in my case. I love the fetal position.
Love it.

I had to give my father a bottle of ayahuasca because I knew that it would help even the oldest of people get through life. It shows you, yourself. And it also shows you everything else. There is not one thing that I can say has directly influenced my life in a better way. All of my social anxieties that I had before are now in the past and I am able to speak 'from my heart' which is.. Interesting. It has also helped me exponentially with music, work, life goals..
It is amazing and I highly suggest using it as an ally. It will help you and show you what you need to see. And the other things that it shows you are very interesting as well.
It is quite the learning experience and I can honestly say that I would not be the same person that I am right now, without it. And that is an extremely positive thing both for me, and others around me.

nice read as always man. that's great that you've become a certified medicine man haha... do you get to perform ceremonies now or what does that mean? it's good to hear that it has helped in so many ways too. I think lsd is what has helped me in those ways the most, but I can still relate. L is just my favorite . I've never really done aya though that I can remember, only smoked. I need to try it orally sometime and get that longer, more in depth experience.

sounds like I need to move where you are and join in this lol.

I don't know you, but because of this quote:
...that compassion is the most important thing in the universe and that I should cherish my friends and family.
...i am happy for you.

In fact, i would even suggest taking it further than just friends and family; even strangers (those deserving) should be appreciated; there are a lot of awesome people out there each of us has never met. Actually, let's go ahead and include all lifeforms as well. We should extend compassion to anything that FEELS (exceptions notwithstanding).

Sounds like a beautiful experience. I agree that intent is very important with psychedelics. I often look at the DMT experience as a way of drawing from a well of infinite compassion.

Mine is always something that I feel like I need to confront. It's mainly been focused around social anxiety for me, DMT is the only psychedelic that has actually helped me with that. If I feel it starting to fade or something it is time to do it again. What it always ends up preaching about is compassion though, which like I said is the root of a lot of problems for me.
I like what the duck said, 'drawing from a well of compassion'. I'm going to try and focus on that next time because I feel like I have completely stopped my social anxieties through the passed few months. It definitely helped me speak more directly and meaningfully.

At the ceremonies I try and focus on bonding with everyone there because we only do ayahuasca and peyote ceremonies. Last time I did peyote there was a huge thing about dragonflies. That was very interesting. Especially with this one guy that was there telling me about the spirit animal stuff.
Ayahuasca always makes me feel like I know everything about my life and how I can be mutualistic with others. Of course not know everything, but more of an internal thing. Things about myself and my lifestyle that I normally don't control. But when that stuff is introduced, it has a habit of telling me that it is all going to be okay you just need to laugh and love. :p
I did ayahuasca the other night for a second night in a row because I had a few friends over and told them we are doing it but I could not focus because of how loud everyone was. So I learned how to spin poi balls and make playing guitar more of a 'flow'. Haha

Flow arts and ayahuasca go well. I want to do a bunch of LSD and play with those things. I don't understand how they are so fun but they are and I am told that I learn them fast so why not, not stop until they are on fire lol
LSD is just for fun for me and then mushrooms kind of do what they want so I let them do that. I haven't ever tried to have an intention with mushrooms but I am going to have to try that next time I eat them.
'Show me something interesting' Haha that's the best I have for the fungi.

Smoking DMT is fun but I haven't had it since Shangri-La. I need to, luckily I met this guy that lives really close to me at the last ceremony that says he makes it all the time. So that might be a good one!

Skuxx, look up 'Oklevueha Native American Church' and see what chapters are in your area. They are in every state. the church is specifically for letting the universe teach you through plants and freedom of religion both legally and mentally. It's mainly for protection from the law and has won in supreme court and now is a big thing that police know about and can't mess with you if you follow the rules. Even if you happen to have 100 lbs of peyote right in your back seat, or are smoking weed in public parks. It's interesting I'd suggest you read about it.
Here soon two of my friends and I are going to start a chapter on my friends property that is devoted around having fun. We have tons of ideas and it will be awesome. :)
