PPP 4 weeks old, How she look?(PICS!)

This is my first grow and I am using feminized PPP seeds. I have been tying her down and letting all the other tops catch up, she is only 3 inches tall right now due to tying it down but it is nice and bushy, has about 9 tops catching up to the main one. I just got it under a 400w MH yesterday, before that I was using two 45w cool white Cfl's. Since I only have one plant on the go I am planning on vegging her for a good while and getting it nice and big. I use a SolarMAX 400w MH Gold(all phase) bulb which has increased levels of the red spectrum so I can use it through the whole process. Does anyone know how long you should tie it down for?...I heard a couple days to a week. Any input would be appreciated. THANKS

Nice healthy looking lady man. Wish mine looked like that at 4 weeks. Unfortunately I nutrient locked em all to hell. Coming back strong though.
