Power shutting off

Alright so i just set up my (2) 600W hps and my 8'x4'x7' tent and the lights stayed on all day, went off correctly, then came on correctly in the morning. However, when i got up this morning i tried to use the Microwave in my kitchen, and 20 seconds in, the microwave shut off and the lights in my tent shut off, but everything else in the apartment remained powered. I swapped the power source to another outlet and immidiatly turned my lights back on. Why did this happen? To prevent this in the future should i use multiple outlets to power my tent? if so, i will have to buy another timer to connect my other ballast to. (i have 2 600W ballasts) and sync the timer with the other one, correct?

i wish i could do that, but seeing as i'm in an apartment complex, i do not have access to the breakers. All that is not functional is my microwave, and i am in CA with my legal prop 215 card, but i STILL do not want to call the handyman to check my shit

Gonna be hard to know without access to breakers...won't be able to turn it back on either without calling someone who does have access

edit: oh nvm you got it figured out. Nice - good luck on your grow mayne

Hey man, if i was getting 50lb a plant, the only cursing i'd be doing is in excitement for how much money i'd make. labor is meaningless to me. my body can perform simple tasks

Would take quite a few more bodies lool. I heard professional trimmers only do about a pound in an 8 hour shift (could be wrong tho). Depending on if it's huge buds (prob outdoor) you could probably trim down more, but with average sized plants 50 pounds would be a helluva lot of labor

hmmmm i disagree. I've driven up to Humboldt county and have multiple friends up there. many of them can go through 3 pounds or more in 8 hours

Better start recruiting those friends :)

It'll just be me, my roommate, my gf, and my best friend. Order a pizza, and do a Lord of the rings marathon. thats how you trim ;)

** You'll be glad you read this when you move into a house ;) **

The Fuse Box, in your basement, contains breakers.

An average Breaker can handle 1,500-1,800 watts.

Each Breaker supplies power to Multiple Outlets and Appliances.

Too much power on the wrong combination of Outlets/Appliances results in shorting that breaker, and it flips OFF to protect the Fuse Box.

When I was setting up my grow room I was trying to turn off a breaker in the basement to swap out a light fixture...tried every breaker switch n was gonna beat my head into the wall because none worked - then I realized I had a separate fuse box for the basement (in...the basement.) :wall: Only ran up and down the stairs 30 times before I realized what I was looking for was in the room next to me lmao.

I fucking laughed my balls off on this one...you mind if I use that quote in my signature that shits hilariously kinda true...but to correct an okay trimmer can do a p in an 8 hr period a great trimmer 3 or 4 in 8 hours of indoor decent sized buds not massively massive, however thats straight trim, if you have a machine or spin pro type thang you could certainly pull off a bit more;)

Depends on how good you are and how long you been working for the grower, usually by weight though and ive heard prices from 100-400 a pound or payed in weed though paying in weed has drifted off alot anymore, most people tend to want the cash now, or trim so much that they dont want THAT much weed haha.
