i dont think it will really make a big deal, but its a good idea imo to do it when the lights first come on, that way you give they plant a whole day *light cycle* to recover before night time. It will take a few days to recover from shock most likely or it might not bother it at all. But again, first thing when lights come on is the best time to water/transplant or do anything to your plant in my opinion. hope that helps

There's a thread that was posted by FirstShrub saying if you have a plant that you want to transplant, you should do it before you put it in your dark period, when doing so, "drown" your plant in water which will put the plant in 'sleep' mode, until it hits light to start sucking up the water which will greatly reduce transplant shock, he also tells us about when your plant tells you it needs water or nutes.

Evening bro, always after the sun has gone down. Give the roots time to heal before the sun hits it again
