potentiometer and capacitor quesion. dimming meanwell

im confused on what type of potentiometer i need. is it 100k linear potentiometer and what type of capacitor do i have to solder in between thee potentiometer and driver to keep it from going to low? like in grow mau5's video. id really appreciate some help. because i defiantly want to be able to dim
