Potency of Soil Schwag vs. Aerogarden

Hey everyone! I started my first Aerogarden grow this weekend and I was wondering if anyone's done a comparison between regular bagseed grown in soil and bagseed that has been cultivated hydroponically, or aeroponically. Is bagseed grown in an Aerogarden significantly better or more potent? I'm hoping that it will turn this unremarkable schwag into something quite special :weed:

If not, I won't waste my time on further grows with bagseed, and just get some top quality seeds online. If anyone has any pictures, that would be really cool!!

Bagseeds can be ridiculous. I wouldn't say that you growing them aeroponically would make them more potent but they might have faster growth and be healthier. I do all my grows and soil and they come out bangin. I've grown seeds ive found in disgusting brick weed and it came out bangin.

what you are asking to do is take britney spears and prop her up in the publics eye... but like britney spears, you can take a girl out of the trailer park, but you cant take the trailer park out of a girl.

true to an extent. if its grown properly, in soil or hydro, bagseed can produce some amazing smoke. think about it this way: just the fact that it had seeds in it in the first place means it was not grown to its full potential. the production of the seeds reduces the potency of the weed. So if you grow it properly and remove the males at the right time that alone will give you a more potent smoke than what it came from.

Extending the analogy, you have to ask yourself, would Britney Spears have looked better if she were raised in the trailer park on a diet of 40s and Cheetohs? Clearly the millions of dollars + pampering have served her well (to a point). I'm hoping the same for my modest bagseed--if this batch comes out successfully, I'm going to call it Britney Spears :)

Thanks for the reply man! Yeah, the parent plant was completely chock full of seeds, definitely a rushed harvesting job. I'm excited to see how these babies come up in a nurturing environment :)
