anybody want any basil???

idk why i grow this stuff, can't stand it... trying to find clever ways to use it has been fun..
I use it in tomato sauces, it's a must have for tomato sauces. I usually have a dried jar of it in the cabinet. But I don't need 10 plants of it like I usually end up with . I've also read that basil planted within 3-4ft of your tomatoes will make your tomato plants produce more. I like the plant, the way it grows, the way it smells etc.

My computer has been screwed the past week and I'm still working on fixing it, your guy's stuff all looks awesome. I've picked a couple plastic grocery sacks of green beans the past week and had some ham, beans and potatoes the other night, and I got a few nice ripe peppers off those pepper plants I overwintered, still waiting on everything else.

I want to plant mint. Don't know why I haven't. Don't know what I would even use it for but I love the smell
we have mint growing in the yard. at this point, it's pretty much wild, comes back every year, for about, shit, idk, the past 30 or so years now...
i love mint, love the way it smells, can use it in tea since i'm not a big coffee guy.. iced tea in the summer, or hot, doesn't matter, i don't discriminate about my tea... :D
gotta couple of different kinds as well.. i've no clue what they are, but you can easily see they're not all the same kind.. i picked a huge shirt full of it the other day..

I run a few varieties of that also, comes back every year...extremely hardy. ATB!
The hydro store I used to go to the guy offered me clones of mint. Man I should have taken them. Just for the friendly gesture. But I was just starting out and didn't know whether or not I knew what I was doing. So I kindly was like "What will I do with mint?"

Now I want mint in my water. And tea sounds good. Maybe mint in my Red Stripe. LOL

I tell you what though. The home garden veggies taste so much better than the store bought. Like night and day.
