80% of the people on this thread believe that Tym has a small penis. So there for it is true. You should not bother to refute that fact because it can be classified as a logical fallacy. But your last girlfriend confirmed this to be true. I bet you can't disprove my claim.

But the claim alone lacking evidence is not enough to prove the size of my penis.

The person making the claim is the one with the burden of proof. You make the claim, you provide the evidence.
It's that simple. I don't have to disprove your claim, you're claim by definition must first be proven in able for it to be disproved.

It is much like me saying "%70 of the population of the united states thinks marijuana is evil" Does that make it evil?
Then I claim "yesterday crackerboy told me that he thinks everyone on rollitup is a tool, and that he is better than everyone", can you prove me wrong?

Obviously you see the flaw. Just because %70 of people think weed is bad, does not make it bad. Just because you can't prove you didn't tell me yesterday you think everyone on rollitup is a tool, and that you are better than everyone, doesn't mean it's true..

But if you want to look at it logically:

The chance of me having a small penis is slight, say %10
The chance of me having a large penis is slight, say %10
The chance of me having no penis, is very small, say %1

That leaves %79 chance that my penis is within one or two standard deviations of the average penis size.

Unless there is evidence as to the size of my penis, any rational intelligent person would know that chances are I have an average sized penis.

ahh yes but in a post modern society everything is subjective including size. So average for you may not necessarily be average for me. So to try and put a percentage on a perception is illogical.

That's one of the stupidest thing I've heard.
measurement is not subjective, it's objective. We can measure things you know. Average penis size is the calculated average of known measurements. To make claims that measurements are a matter of perception is illogical.
If you are 7 ft tall and you use a ruler to measure a penny, and I am 3 ft tall and I measure that same penny, it will be the same size, Same as if I'm rich and you're poor, if your on the moon and I'm on mars, if I'm black and you're white, if you're gay and I'm straight. Measurements are definitive. By definition.

But what you perceive to be black I might see as gray. Your inch is a concept based on three dimensions. In the fourth dimension you don't have a penis at all.

Even if you perceive it as grey and I black, we both still call it black. So it makes no difference.
An inch is an inch in any number of dimensions.
In the fourth dimension, if it exists, my penis is still average, unless anyone can provide evidence to the contrary.

Again, this doesn't offend me, they are just words.
Please provide your reasoning.. Why is it shit? Why are my percentages bullshit? If all you have to say is it is shit without showing why. Then you've said nothing.

The truth needs no humility. It need not be subtle and it makes no difference how it is presented. The truth is demonstrable, clear and concise. No matter what I choose to surround it in, or how you choose to perceive it.
Intelligence is knowing when you're wrong, being able to assimilate new information and adapt to it, and above all, admitting your wrong. Learning from your mistakes, realization of how much you don't know, and striving to fill the gaps in your knowledge with actual facts.
