So i was thinking the other day of a good way to have a grow box and have no smell..This is what i was thinking..Have you exaust fan blowing into a flexible exaust system that takes it to a air tight rubber maid container that has air freshners in it then let out the smell every couple days(hopefully being the scent of air fresheners)..do you think this is a good idea or just a stupid one?:blsmoke:

You really cant do this as there is no where for the air to go. Think about blowing air into a 2 liter bottle.. You can only blow so much air ino it and then no more.. If you try that your fan will burn out in a matter of days.

Try a can filter..

I agree, what CFM is your fan? even if it's small (80 to 100 cfm) if it's exhausting into an AIRTIGHT container, in one minute you will have put 80 to 100 cubic feet of air into your AIRTIGHT rubbermaid receptacle. Wont work.
