image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg Hey guys , it's my first grow... Almost 5 weeks into an autoflower grow.. Going great... But I noticed some signs of N def, and gotta ask if you guys would know .... I fed her today with 2.5ml/l of Fish Mix , 0.5ml/l Magi-Cal, 1 ml Liquid Ice .... And introduced bio bloom at 1 ml/l ..... This was an increase hopefully to fix

Last week the feed was the same only , no bloom and 1.5ml/L Fish mix

temps are around 25-27 lights on , 18-20 lights off
600 watt dual spectrum
Inside a 90x90x185

Also, should I give her some foliar fish mix I have , and of so , when should I stop ?

I have 2 other plants , who are wayyy behind this girl in size and flower formation , the reason behind lst'ing her so much !! Is it normal for autos to mature and develop and such Different rates ??

Anyone who can help , I thank you with all of my buds !! Haha
Appreciate any help I can get from some more experienced cultivators :D (grower of more than one crop :P hehe )

Thanks , and happy cultivating :D

It's normal for autos to mature at different rates, yeah. Are the other 2 autos?

The plant looks over watered and that's likely why the leaves are yellowing.

Are you letting it get fairly dry between each watering?

What the yellow leafs look like to me is just old growth die off not all leafs live through the plants life cycle
Nothing i see looks like N deficiency your plants are way to dark to be N deficient

looks like a nitrogen def to me, either too little has been used or the plants just growing up and the leaves are yellowing and dying at the bottom to help upper growth, perfectly fine, just give a feeding of a veg nute at half strength

Hey man, thanks, and yeah, the other two are autos aswell, all 3 Blue Cheese autos.... but the other two havent even formed flowers, let alone multiple tops haha, just wondering if its just the genetics??

and ye, she gets 3-4 days now between waterings, doing the finger test on top of the soil, and through the drainage holes, and watering when its dry :D

she got 2.5 ml/l of fish mix and 1 ml of bloom per litre i the last feed

On the next watering , she is due to have a feed with equal part bloom and fish mix (2ml and 2ml) , starting the switch!! will this be ok , or should i reduce the veg nute more??

your ok its only a couple old fan leafs
You have done well being wrong twice in 1 page tbh, the yellowing on his leaves is due to N def, not excess watering, excess watering does not yellow leaves, it flushes the N out of the medium or causes lockout thus leading to an N def

Also the fan leaves make and store energy for the plant, letting them yellow or defoliating them will only lead to plants with less yield so the whole " dont worry its only fan leaves" is bad info to be giving out

Another way to work it out is by weight......pick up your plant when its dry n feel/weigh the weight, then water it and after a few minutes pick it up/weigh it again and you should feel a huge weight difference, after a few times of doing it you should easily be able to work out when a plant needs watering just by picking it up and feeling the weight etc (not a handy tip for 5ft+ trees however lol)

I woull let that plant dry out for atleast 3 days, as for the yellowing leaves it does look like slight N deficiency, but I wouldnt freak out about it, your plant only needs traces of it at this stage

No need to be condescending about it...
I disagree by the way. Pretty sure its not a nitrogen def.

The plant NEEDS nitrogen in much much more of a way than "traces"
that's a hydro store myth man. Nitrogen is needed ALL the way till the end. Especially in sativa or sativa dom hybrids.

To actually pull me up because I said "traces" is quite retarded. Yes cannabis needs nitrogen in flower but in no way as much as it is needed in veg. So im sorry if I offended you by saying "traces" instead of "not as much"

Damn dude, didn't mean to rile you up. I apologize if you took it personally, wasn't my intention.
no need to get personal, i'll let that one slide, considering I believe you took offense at something I didn't intend.
I hear many growers say that, and it's simply not even close to being accurate.
Not even close, if it were a matter of semantics than fuck it, who cares, but many new growers end up with small shitty yields because they pump asstons of phosphorus and potassium and little to NO nitrogen. Trace amounts or whatever.

What IS retarded is you getting pissed off for being inaccurate.

The quote I thought was respectful, I was merely pointing out that nitrogen is indeed VERY much needed all the way till the end.
go re read what I said, and if you took offense to the degree where you felt compelled to call me a "smarmy cunt"
well... then perhaps you'd like my shop address, and we could discuss it further.
I speculate you'd change your mind rather quickly once we've met brother.
either way, i'm game, but the pacifist in me, is apologizing...

Its hardly innacurate though is it, unless you want chemical nitrogen bud when you harvest, you have to cut right back on N. You dont need anywhere near the amount as you do in veg. I would never tell anyone to keep giving the same amount of nitrogen in flower as veg thats just wrong.
And as for gettin riled about your comment, its just you came across as a bit of a cannabis snob pulling me up on something because of the way I worded it. But no hard feelings after reading your replyI dont think that is the case. So im going to spark a big amnesia haze and start watching breaking bad again from series 1 .
