Hey guys im having a little bit of deficiency problems on my outdoor grow, the strain is Iranian Autoflower/ShortSeason, and she's a light feeder from what ive been told so ive been giving 1/4 stregth nutes and im thinking maybe i should have given full strength micro-blast(i use FULL earth juice lineup).

Would love some expert advice over here, i think its a magnesium deficiency, and looks low on nitrogen but thats what ive heard shes an exceptionally low feeder on so i do want to be carefull of to much N.

View attachment 2135483 This one has a brown spot, could be from a tea feeding(im only feeding teas) tried rubbing it lightly and it might have faded dont want to rub my leaf though........
View attachment 2135484 This on has a small whitish oval appearing dead center of the leaf, tad crunchy to the touch, leaves curling down/in slightly.

View attachment 2135485 This one is the worst one, quite a bit of dead/rusty spots, and browning of the leaf, tad crunchy to the touch, leaves curling down slightly.

ANY AND ALL HELP IS APPRECIATED HAVING A LITTLE TROUBLE WITH THE NUTES ON THESE LADIES!!!!!!

Was thinking of adding a full dose of microblast(micro nutes) to my next feeding in 2-3 hrs thoughts?

what everyone else said, your soils got enough nutes to last them, wont need to feed them until the leaves tell you so. this doesnt look much like a magnesium def either.

Ok, but they are 2 weeks old and ive only given them one compost tea feeding at 1/4 strength solution(barley anything)and its not even straight nutes) i feed them 2 days ago, day 12.

I get the let em go till they need it but aren't they telling me they need something? AKA isnt that why i have a deficency problem?

is there a chance they need to be transplanted..... actuall pots(not solo's), would give em more room for root growth....

And does anybody know what is up with these if its not a MG deficiency?

i feed at 3 weeks old, may be a burn. i would say give them a flush with rainwater/pH water. after this, poke holes in the soil so the roots arent smothered, stay a few inches from the main stem so you dont damage the tap root.

How many holes would you recomend, 6ish?
and aight then man i guess i got a little anxious with nutes then...

You are killing them..all that is wrong with them is the stuff you are adding...
So a flush and chill for a few days and you think they will bounce back? except the burnt one?

like 3 in the top soil, id poke two on the sides and 4 on the bottom, thats how my party cups usually are. a good layer of coco or perlite at the bottom of the cup can make it almost overwater proof as well, just for future reference(also do this with any other pots, great for drainage and helps the roots get air). and it happens, they dont need as much as you'd think. wait till they're hungry, the leaves are like the faces of a weed plant, if they're perked up, shes happy, if they're discolored and droopy, she's pissed.

ok man thanks for the advice, i have 22 in solo cups filled about half way(22cups),
i think a gallon of ph'd water tonight and in the morning(half gallon at a time)will do a flush of whats in their and make sure my ph is correct(barely nutes in there anyways and dont want to waterlog the ladies)
ill poke holes in the cups first though for added drainage and airation

what abundancy do you think i have here so i know to watch for it, its stumping me if anyone could tell me exactally what is going on here, i understand i possibly overfeed or my ph dropped but can someone pinpoint the deficiency or abundancy please?

for solo cups, i flush with probably about half a quart(more or less) of water for each cup, i would just let them flood a bit until you have runoff coming out of the bottom. your trying to flush out whatever salts are burning them. make sure pH is about 6.3-6.7. also, poke the holes after the flush, helps some extra moisture wick out. i do a lot since im growing in 5 gals usually, and being in FL it does rain so you have to be ready or the worst. it may be pH, test the run off. they dont usually show off deficiencies this early, most soils have everything they require for the first couple weeks. maybe try composting them with some good stuff, pm if you want my recipe. i grow organic, wish i did when i was still learning(not that i dont learn new shit almost every other day) so i didnt have to deal with burns or harsh chemical burned weed at the end.

Ok man so a gallon would flush about 12 solo cups....so i should do a gallon tonight and a gallon tomorrow morn then?

and there are no salts i grow 100% organically using composting teas

I do plan on testing the ph since i havent had any runoff to check yet(to small) i read the rusty spots could be ph flucuation as well

When would you suggest feeding with a compost, start of week 3, day 21ish?

def need to pm you, just in a hurry need to get these flushed and into bed works killing me right now i just want to grow some goddamn weed and they arent havin it hahahaha

yeah, sounds good. only need to flush once, i would let her wick out almost completely before doing it again. a good way to tell if shes really dry is by poking those holes, if they collapse after you remove your pencil or whatever you use to poke the hole, the moisture has wicked out. breaking the roots is also healthy for them too(earth worms do this in nature, it breaks root ending and replaces the broken root with multiple root endings), just breaking the taproot could have a more negative effect.
and you may have just given her too much of the nutes, may have caused a lockout. check your pH pronto, if its too high adjust pH accordingly, maybe add some peat moss to your top soil/water to lower. if its too low, once again adjust pH but add dolomite lime to the topsoil. repotting her may be a smart option if your not confident in your current medium.
and if your compost is hot with nutes, yes, 3 weeks. but usually i can use mine as the entire medium, i do add a shit ton of perlite though for aeration. i just use composted black kow or something organic, but either way i add leaves, banana peels, egg shells, old fruit, orange juice, any type of fruit/food and last of all add the earth worms. you can also get the roots from the weeds that grow in your yard, they're ridden with all sorts of microbes great for root systems so adding them to your compost is beneficial. sugars feed them and help them reproduce, thus making colonies. i use blackstrap for microbe food, the root thing works for compost teas as well, works great when done with some ZHO added. do the teas in moderation although. and feel free to pm me, may take a minute but ill get to it.

Hey man just an update i just gave all the ladies a gallon of ph'd water at 6.5ish, my runoff was 6.9 so i dont think it was a ph issue which kinda scares me a little thats what i was hopping it was.
Which means i must have overfeed if its not a deficiency and no one seems to think they are deficient/or even could be at this stage/age.
i have another 2 liter of ph'd water i think im going to hit em in the morning since its evident nute burn and really flush the soil.
then either tomorrow night or, the following day(24 hrs from final flush) im thinking a light foliar application of thrive alive(organic b vitamins and kelp extract) will help smooth out the stress and bring em right back, thoughts on this????

Also i hadnt noticed how gnarly my roots were i def think a transplant ASAP will help smooth the whole thing out as well i have the majority of my soil just need another bag, which ill get tomorrow, and probs transplant em as soon as they dry a little.

Think i took the right steps/ have a solid game plan to combat this? and i appreciate the help
+ rep for my boy talkin bout spaghetti and adult swim over here!!!!!

"HAND BANANA........NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!" P.S. i love adult swim almost as much as MJ

sounds a little high for run off, might wanna pick up some peat moss or add some lower pH medium. and the only answer seems to be overfeeding or lockout, cant think of much other than that. and flush em as soon as possible, sooner the better. and thrive alive, sounds like knockoff superthrive. its mostly all the same shit, extracts, hormones, vitamins, etc. its all good shit, use in moderation though, especially for this small of a plant. and great, transplant will most likely make things go smoother, itll have some more soil to get too. try putting a layer of perlite towards the bottoms of your pot for transplant, good for aeration and helps for good run off. i think you'll come out victorious man, just keep on top of her. those leaves will tell you everything.
