Possible K or S lockout?

Hey guys, just trying to figure how to deal with my yellowing and chlorosing leaf margins? Let me know what you think...

DWC

Tap water 265ppm. I fill 5gal bucket with tap water and add 1 scoop from small end of 'MaxiBloom' (1 tsp I think) scoop provided with bag. Then add 6ml of Liquid KoolBloom. Then add 1ml of Floralicious+. Then add 15ml Root Farm pH down to 5.78 (start ~7.6). Then finish with a little hydroguard (Southern AG d747).

565ppm total

5.75 pH but drifts to 6.05 and settles around there.

After I took these pics I pumped buckets dry. Pumped 5gal fresh (265ppm) pH-ed water back in (9gal capacity) to rinse. Then pumped it backed out. Then pumped 9gal 565ppm nutrient regimen back in.

Are they just hungry? I backed the light off a bit because its centered around what could be a hot-spot but seems other spots should be affected considering their close proximity as well, but they seem fine, so it makes me think its possibly nutrient related.

Pretty sure city water comes from diverted natural (crystal clear) mountain creek, thus the high mineral count...

Probably starving. I would up the PPM. Thats just my guess as the PPM seems low to me.
I just didn't want to exacerbate an abundance of one thing, that in turn happens to be locking out another thing, so I just dropped feed down, but normally its 800-ish (double the regimen posted) and climbs to 1000/1100-ish as they drink the 9gal down. I top off with 550ppm feed throughout the week but let the total res level drop so I'm actually topping off less and less. After the week is over I drain out what's left and start fresh.

JS,
That looks to be Mg deficiency...
The small end of the Maxi-bloom measuring spoon is closer to 1/2 tsp. I know the Maxi has mgsulfate but you aren't giving enough. I say bump up maxibloom to a full tsp and add in some extra Epsom salts too. Maybe 1/2 to 1 tsp Epsom salts.

Probably slow light burn. Certainly not sulphur deficiency.
What are the lights? Autocobs or something?

255w of E27 (9 × 28.3w)...

535w of E27 total (19 × ~28w)...
(*old pic to show light set up, but plants are farther along so don't mind the plants just the lights)

I raised the lights up a bit, but I thought they'd take more light in flower not less. They were closer before and had no burn, so idk but I still backed them off a bit. About 10in away for the 10x indica and about 6in away for the 9x sativa.

Which side is showing worst symptoms? Left?

Yes left side, but the light height is 10-12" for the left and only about 6-8" for the right

Yes but the bulbs are all close together, light isn't as well distributed and thus more intense in places. All those overlapping points!
I had the light closer in veg and no bleaching, is it easier to bleach in flower? It looks like Zinc deficient(?), the Sativa has some yellowing lower leaves?

Well a plant in overdrive can stress easier than a plant in veg. Its the laves pointing up and the pattern im seeing.
I wouldn't rule out zinc def either though. You are running low ppm of feed.
